Growth Associate (Founder's Office)

Role Overview

Work directly with the founders to drive business growth across the city. Meet business owners, build relationships, onboard merchants, and help expand Arugil's presence on the ground.

Responsibilities

  • Visit businesses and introduce Arugil's solutions

  • Build relationships with business owners

  • Generate leads and onboard merchants

  • Drive city expansion and growth initiatives

  • Achieve onboarding and sales targets

  • Share market insights and customer feedback

Who Can Apply?

  • Freshers or 0–1 year experience

  • Open to all streams

  • Strong communication skills

  • Comfortable with field work and meeting people
